Finality:
(1) To manage the application forms presented to DRIS open call.
(2) To select the applications.
(3) To contact the candidates.
Legitimacy:
The treatment is necessary for the management of the application forms and the consequent selection of projects (art. 6.1, 'b', GDPR). All the information that appears in the form is obligatory. If they are not provided, the application form may be discarded.
Recipients:
The data will be processed by the Data Protection Officer (Interarts). Notwithstanding the above, within the framework of the candidate selection process, the rest of the DRIS partners will have access to the data in the application forms, as well as professionals who may be hired to participate in said selection process. The necessary contracts will be signed with all of them to preserve confidentiality and data processing in accordance with current legislation.
Rights:
The interested party will have the right to withdraw consent at any time, which will make it impossible to participate in the selection process. The interested party will have the right of access, rectification, portability, deletion, limitation and opposition to their treatment.
Conservation:
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the end of the treatment or until there are legal prescriptions that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for this, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the anonymization of the data or their total destruction.
